Step 1a

The loop is placed on the right wrist as shown above. Insert, away from you, the left hand into both hanging loops. The hands return to position facing each other.

Step 1b

Extend.

Step 1c

Transfer the proximal wrist loops to the palms as in Position I

Step 1d

R2 pick up the left palmar string and return.

Step 1e

Insert from above L2 into R2 loop, pick up the right palmar string and return.

Extend.
