With the distal L2 string, make a small loop S in winding distal L2f anticlockwise round L2. Reverse this loops and hold it between L1 and L2.

R1 and R2 pass through the small loop S, grasp proximal L2f and return while rotating the loop S' thus created 180° anticlockwise. Finally, hold this loop between L1 and L2.

Distally, insert R1 and R2 the small loop S', grasp distal L2f string. Transfer this string to R1 to create a loop on it. Proximally, insert R5 into R1 loop. Distally, insert R1 into the small loop S and pick up distal L2f string.
