Step 1
Position I (on both hands). Pass R1 distal to L5f, pick up L5f, release L5 and return.  Pass L1 distal to R5f, pick up R5f, release R5 and return.

Step 2

Proximally, insert 5 into 1 loops and pick up the strings 1f  which cross at the center of the figure (not the transverse one).

Distally, insert 5 into 1 loops, hook down the transverse 1f.

Step 3 - Takritsit	Step 3 - Takritsit  Kribingabît
Distally, insert 2 into 1 loops, pick up the strings 1n which run towards the center of the figure, then hook up the transverse 1n and return.	Do Step 3 of Takritsit on the left hand. On the right one, distally, insert R2 into distal R1 loop, hook up the string R1n which runs towards the center of the figure.

Release 1 loops.

Step 4

1 enlarge the lower small triangle at the center of the figure.

1 pick up the strings (a) and (b).

Rotate the hands horizontally anticlockwise ...

With the teeth, seize the string lying between L2 and L3. Release L2 and L3. Proximally, insert L2 into the loop held by the teeth. Release the teeth. Repeat on the right hand.

Step 5

Insert 1 away from you into the small loops (a) and (b).

1 return to position, forming new loops.

Step 6
Distally, insert L2 into L1 loop. With the teeth, seize the proximal L2 loop.

Proximally, insert L2 into the loop held by the teeth. Release the teeth and L1. Repeat the Step 6 on the right hand.

Step 7

Insert 1 away from you into the lower triangle of the figure. Release 5 and extend. To obtain Takritsit  Kribingabît, rotate the left hand anticlockwise.
